2011 Annual General Meeting

The usual identification is required in order to vote.  
1)    You must be on the membership list provided by the Party
2)    You must have photo identification showing your name and current address within the EDA.
 
Only those Conservatives whose membership expired after April 10, 2011 are eligible to renew at the door.  All others must
have purchased their membership by June 8, 2011.
 
The main item on the agenda is the election of the Board of Directors.  If you wish to apply to be elected to the Board and
you meet the membership requirements (see above) please submit your letter of application together with a brief biography
including your political membership and experience to the President, Casey DesChamp.  She may be reached at
